How do I install the browser extension?

The AppliCraft extension is available for Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Visit the respective browser store and search for "AppliCraft Job Capture" to install.

Which job boards are supported?

We support Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, LinkedIn, BambooHR, SmartRecruiters, Jobvite, JazzHR, Breezy HR, and generic job posting pages. Our AI can parse most job postings even on unsupported platforms.

How does job capture work?

Navigate to any job posting page, click the AppliCraft extension icon, then click "Capture Job Details". The extension will extract job information and open a pre-filled form where you can review and save the job.

Is my data secure?

Yes! We only collect data when you explicitly click "Capture Job Details". All data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored with industry-standard encryption. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The extension isn't capturing job details correctly

Some websites use unique layouts that may not be fully supported. Try refreshing the page and capturing again. If the issue persists, email us with the job posting URL and we'll work to improve support for that site.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual job records from your dashboard. To delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact us at support@applicraft.ai.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues

  • 1.Extension not appearing: Make sure the extension is enabled in your browser's extension settings.
  • 2.Capture button not working: Refresh the job posting page and try again. Some sites require the page to fully load.
  • 3.Form not opening: Check that pop-ups are allowed for applicraft.ai in your browser settings.
  • 4.Missing job details: Some job postings use non-standard formats. The AI will extract what it can, and you can manually fill in any missing fields.
